Just because you disassembled chop doesn't mean you got rid of all the people. Those evil people are still walking around and ready to start more trouble at any given moment.
The neighborhood businesses and residents should have never been exposed to the criminals and thugs of CHOP/CHAZ zone, if the city mayor had done her job. Her job that she was elected to do was protecting the citizens from criminals and thugs; she failed that job and should be removed from office. 😡

I don't know why everyone thinks social workers are the knight in shining armor that society needs. The social services system has just as may problems as anything else. Look at the foster care system they run, for instance, tons of examples of neglect and mismanagement. Yeah nah, I'll keep the police thanks who can actually deal with violent criminals instead of talking about their feelings.
