Awsomeness, I love Ghostbusters. I grew up with it as a kid, I must have waiched both movies so many times I know nearly ever line by heart. I want this sooooooo bad now. Another great review Opitbotimus

@optibotimus Are you still having trouble with that left "wing" not popping back in all the way/correctly? Are the wings fragile? Mine will be here Wednesday, and I hope that's not a problem with them all?! :(

Just got mine today! I love it! I do hate the peanuts in the box! So Annoying but the actual PKE Meter is Top Notch and I didn't need to spend hundreds on a custom one! Awesome Review Paul!

The difference between GB1 and GB2 mood on Matty's PKE is in what order the wing lights blink. NOT the beeping sound. It DOESN'T change. Just FYI. ;)

I`ve got this too, it`s pretty cool! I have it sitting on it`s box on a shelf along with a Slimer Money Box, can of Ghostbusters Energy Drink and a framed and signed photo of Bill Murray as Peter Venkman.

I'm a late comer, but I've really enjoyed your GB videos. But this one, I laughed extra loud because of your expectation of tissue paper upon opening the box. "Hmm, that's interesting. It's a crate." Best laugh I've had all week long. :)

I don't mind that the speed and wings aren't "tied" but I wish there was less play in the wheel. slowest to fastest should be just enough that you could do it in one swipe so its less noticeable when your trying to speed it up.

Absolutely gorgeous packaging! I totally dropped my jaw, it bounced in under the table and now it's real hard to get to so... well I'll just leave it dropped!

it may be just me but i wish they would make a replica of the real ghostbusters cartoon PKE meter , i think they are also missing something from the meters display when i seem to remember a red light when its beeping fast ? someone correct me if im wrong

I agree, the sound and arms should be linked, like the wheel on the back should have less motion in it and you can scroll it from low to full discreetly, like you're more naturally detecting something. If i get one, i feel like I'd have to gut it to make it work better =T

You get a box...IN A BOX!!! How fun! Whoever put this packaging together was having a REALLY good day. Or they have a sense of humor, whichever applies.

The spinning knob at the bottom is a deal breaker for me.

I managed to get myself one from a guy who bought two when they released and I love it. I would see about getting the trap also but I’ve already spent a lot on these items so I’ll just stick to my 3D printed trap and my spirit trap

SHOULD I GET THE GHOST TRAP? I HAVE HEARD THAT THE OPENING AND CLOSING FUNCTION DOESN’T ALWAYS WORK...

In terms of using this on camera, the mute feature is nice for editing in the correct SFX from the movie or video game. The user will have to be subtle when raising the wings given the layout of the controls.

Did you do the voice of some of the characters on that kid show Mad that was in cartoon network???

they say that "this is not a shoe polisher" because the original body for the pke meter prop was a bright red shoe polisher from the 60s... not too sure about the year though

Are we getting other props? like the Goggometer (is that how you say it?) or the device peter was using in Dana's apartment?

@optibotimus Dana is supposed to come with an alternate set of legs so she can stand with your other figures, and The rookie figure should certainly not be an exclusive, especially with the standard proton pack. How ever there was a rumor that was buzzing that the final version will have the full game pack, and the trap will be able to go on and off his belt.I heard most of this from the video SeanXlong posted.

Looks like the makers put a lot of work to make it for the fans.

Would have been nicer if it actually incorporated real EMF (Electro Magnetic Frequency) circuitry into it so they device would work while on a paranormal investigation, like MEL meter that Zac and his guys use on the "Ghost Adventures" series.

Looks awesome.... but you know what? after taking all that time to craft such a beautiful piece it wouldn't have killed them to sample the ACTUAL sound effects of the movie pke meter and throw it on the internal circuit board! that's the HUGE let down for me.
