He doesn't know how exceptional his video is. I have seen videos of people taking shelter in a hotel, but capturing the lights going out just before a direct hit shows the insanity of a tornadoes' power.
Brazil is part of the tornado corridor. In Brazil, like the rest of the world does not have tornado sirens. They don't exist there. The USA is the only country in the world that has tornado sirens.
I thought another story said the guy wad a Kansas University student visiting his family at the hotel.. but now they say they are tourists from Brazil. Guess one report to another, can't get their facts straight.
Well now they know what a tornado is and what those sirens mean now. But honestly how can anyone be that dumb, regardless? Theu didnt notice how nobody else was walking about? And they didnt think that a blaring siren perhaps meant danger!? Wtf?
You don't have to be so rude. It looks like they were trying to figure out what was going on. I'm sure that's scary in a foreign country. A little grace and compassion goes a long way, man.
