On BBC 2 now, I'm watching Agnetha: ABBA and After. Agnetha is being talked about as if she was the only singer in ABBA and Anni-frid is dismissed particularly by Gary Barlow and Tony Blackburn. Disrespectful and wrong
It's always the same and so annoying! I don't think B&B helped by giving her the most leads either, lends that bias to her being "the voice of ABBA" which shows Frida no respect at all! Frida's vocals, whether lead, backing or harmonies, were amazing, without her there wouldn't be an ABBA! I think she was the stronger and better vocalist back then and definitely on the Voyage cd, her range is so wide and her voice has a unique quality and depth which helps make them special, hence, no tribute band comes close!
