it gives me nostalgic and sad feelings.. it reminds me of something that happened way in the past. This song actually makes me worry and relaxed at the same time.. I love it when songs play with my emotions and feelings like this..

My favorite part is definitively at 1:41 The way that the beat change to something really calm , and how the voice change... It's like the answer of the entire song . At the beginning we have rhythm really catchy and speedy , kinda the representation with all these feelings that give '' love '' , Euphoria , Doubts , ... And then in the end with the other voice is like a return to the reality that hit hard
So I believe the main drum break is a sped and pitches up sample from Bobby bryds song hot pants, amd then the second half of the break is layered with the bulldozer amen break
this can't even be considered sampling as they took the song, added an intro, pitched it up, and quantized it; this is closer to blatant copyright infringement if dua lipa could be sued for copying a song in "levitating", vierre cloud can be sued for this
Can the original singer sue him? It seems so unfair to me that some kind of justice has not been done, it is not fair that this song has had so much recognition and I have listened to it for so many hours of my life when I could have perfectly listened to the original song, although at that time (3 years ago) has not yet been released
I've been listening to this song since 2021 it's 2024 and i'll listen to this till I DIE the vibe this music gives 2020-2021 vibes and these years are my fav years i especially love the people i met in that time
The original song is an "unreleased" one from 2002 created by the group Frou Frou called "A new kind of love" so yeah the 2000's vibe is really present ^^

I haven't seen anybody mention this, so let it be noted that that this song is pretty much just a DnB remix of A New Kind Of Love by Frou Frou. Do listen to the original, everything that you love about this version comes from there, Vierre Cloud mostly only sped it up, altered stuff like reverb and tone, and added a faster, DnB-like percussion to it (which to be fair is really good)

Bouncy, glitchy bass, liminal DnB groove, and A432 aside, the thing I love most about this is how it was evidently mixed for listening with earbuds. I tried listening with over-ear headphones and the kick sounded like it was sidechaining everything, it was that prominent. Earbuds though? Amazing. Everything was perfectly clear and balanced. If this was intentional, it's fascinating to see a producer considering these kinds of things. If not... well idk.
This song sound like a group of childhood friends trying revive their friendship after drifting apart from each other for years even though it will never be the same but they try to stay together.
This song may be one of the best out there! It gives a feeling of relaxation and love 💗- this for me is the best combo to combine for music. It really describes are you falling in love with music. Like for the scene ‘did your dog eat your homework again’ it really fits life!

the feeling this gives… hatred, love, dissapointment, gratefulness, friendshipness and high skies vibe this gives is really incredible, i bet that if the last part where its slowed was as fast as the original it’d be my favorite
A lot of people are saying that he stole the song. But he’s a producer not a vocalist. Sampling is a huge thing that every producer does. The mixing and drums are what makes this song a completely different genre than the other one. Could he have credited it? Absolutely. But I wouldn’t say that he stole it and didn’t change anything
this was our song, i can’t listen without thinking about her and every verse/ hook is a different stage of the relationship. as a new part was associated to a part of the song, i realised there wasn’t a lot of the song left (the relationship was coming to and end). i sit here and listen to this and think about her. she done me so dirty but i still love her

For those just discovering this style , I'm no expert but I'm very confident this is basically breakcore + vocals, obviously with a hard drum and bass sample (the dum dum deesh dubbydubby dum deesh)
This isn’t breakcore. It’s just dnb, albeit a very fast version of it that’s been long out of “style” since the early 2000s. Although artists such as sewerslvt and tokyopill are reviving this style of Dnb. It’s easy to mistake it for breakcore since this style of dnb like I said earlier is long out of style until recently (search for dnb mixes in the last few years and they don’t sound like this), and most people especially outside of Europe are not aware of its older brother jungle which also has some influence on this song
sorry to be that guy but i actually think this is jungle, one of dnb's many subgenres and sewerslvt mainly goes into liquid dnb or jungle territory. breakcore is much faster than jungle and is usually made by heavily editting amen breaks and maki g it sound really glitchy in a banger way, i reccomend searching up "i miss the rage breakcore" with the weird album cover with an 8 ball on it and i think youll find it
