as a Viet, I feel extremely happy when you have your little notes about our dishes are served at once. Don't worry you are nowhere near disrespectful. Unless it's a fusion restaurant, all the food are usually brought to the table at once and we just share them throughout the meal, with rice of course haha. Thank you for visiting our country! Thank you so much, that makes me happy! I tried to collect as many spots before travelling to Vietnam, but it's a bit more difficult coming across the local gems hence we took a local foodtour. I tried to include video footage of each of the spots so you write down the names and/or make the places recognisable if you ever visit

Thank you for visiting our country. But I want to say a few things that foreign friends still misunderstand about Vietnam. First, Vietnamese people are not like Chinese people. Because Vietnamese people have large, clear double eyelids since birth without the need for cosmetic surgery. While Chinese people do not have characteristic double eyelids. Therefore, I hope foreign friends do not misunderstand that Vietnamese people have eyes similar to East Asian people (Japanese, Korean, Chinese). We Vietnamese people are completely different from East Asians in terms of "eyes". You can come to Vietnam to verify what I say. You can go anywhere in Vietnam and meet many people with double eyelids. Second, Vietnam has a cold winter from October to March every year. That's all I wanted to say.
