We had a fun day out exploring the Saigon River area in District 1 and decided to go to the popular seafood street Vinh Khanh in District 4 for dinner. We ended up at Oc Vu, a Vietnamese seafood outdoor restaurant after browsing a few places there. We decided to end the night at the lively Nguyen Hue Street.
