Guys before you submit - please keep in mind that the vietnam government website is not exactly state of art High tech thing. Dates change automatically when form is edited/submitted. Passport image doesn't load at times. Application goes to amending status for no reason, says field has been left blank when all fields are filled. In one case a guy had his application go to amendment status 8 times before bieng approved. So if you only have a week or two better to go the route of a travel ageny, atlys or just visit Thailand. Avoid this nightmare 🙏

Hello… I applied for visa at 14th august and I got it at 20th and it shows good for entry valid from 17/08/2024 until 15/09/2024. So it means that I can enter anytime between 17aug to 15 September? And when I will enter in country from that date I will get 30 days stay.

that is the normal format they entry/exit points are not mentioned but do exit from the checkpoint you are going to specify in your visa

for funds show anything that you want like 30-40k or equivalent to USD. Don't worry they will not ask for proof of funds at the airport. It is just given in the form.

actually, that is not vietnam but the airlines but dont worry, you can still apply and put your last name in the visa application form even if it not given in the passport. ideally there should not be any problem. The only challenge is the airlines. Technically, this is right and I had the same case and was allowed to fly. so just call the airlines and verify the same.

they might reject your application applied later because 2 visas cannot be issued on the same passport number. If you are second application is also approved then consider second one

Hi. We are a group of 12 people and applied for tourist visa for Vietnam. All the visa are self applied and we have mentioned the same temporary address in vietnam .11 out of 12 people got their visa but just 1 amongst us has not recieved because a query has been sent by immigration department to ammend the address in Veitnam and we have done that but from past 2 days it showing in process. We have a flight on 9th December. What shall we do in this case .wait or reapply ?please guide.

It can take upto 5 working days for any correction. It is very much like issuing a new visa. Alternatively you can apply from here: bit.ly/48vzqpS. The service is good.

When applying I mentioned intended date of entry and length of stay as 15/12/2023 and 11days . But altered evisa validity from 01/12/2023 to 31/12/2023. Will this be an issue ? Please help

I think there should not be any issues in that. It is valid for a stay period of 90 days anyhow

Sir, i will be arriving in hanoi on 27th November morning 7.30 and i have mentioned my date of entry as 27th November in my visa application. But i have read somewhere that airline might denied boarding from the airport itself because our e visa validity starts on the day of our landing and we need to mention the e visa start date 1-2 days before the actual journey. In my own experience, I faced no issues at Delhi airport, and my flight was also with Indigo. My visa was valid from the date of my arrival. If you consider changing the dates, you'll likely need to reapply for the visa. To address this matter, I recommend reaching out to the airline for clarification. In my opinion, there shouldn't be any problem, and technically speaking, the visa should indicate the date of our arrival, which is the 27th. If flight schedules are inconvenient, that's not the fault of the passenger. It's worth noting that some airline staff may lack knowledge and inadvertently cause confusion.

Bro date of birth sahi hona chahiye tha. They verify such details but passport no. So you have to take chance it is up to them now. If your flights are not refundable then you should travel and take a chance. If you have 1-2 weeks then write to the immigration or reapply

as far I know: If your children are on the same passport with you, then they are not required to pay the stamping fee. However, if they have their own passport, they have to pay the stamping fee to get their own Vietnam visa.
