If you had refused, nothing he could have done. Don't be afraid to be tough with dishonest people. 12:00 Get a high-performance noise-cancelling headset (Bose or Sony). 14:11 a tourist trap.

calling it a tourist trap is a bit of a stretch since they are the technically the best place in town for cha ca (but also the most pricey with the whole french villa thing).
