Chak tomuk river is where the Mekong river (sourced from china) separated into four ways, 1st Mekong, 2nd Bassac, 3rd Tonle sap, 4nd Mekong Krom (continue to VN).
Tongle Sab flow in raining season and flow Out in dry season. So it’s flow in & out.
