A look at the much requested big red bridge of the Lionel and MTH O gauge/scale train room! I’ve gotten a lot of questions about the bridge, and hope to answer them here.

Looks awesome, great color selection. I went with green on my supports but wish they were a shade lighter and I would have applied a coat or two of Dullcoat. Sweet consist too. 😎👍

Leave the color! A white Newport has red overspray in the build! Bring on the Strohs cars! Great video as always. I am sure the new layout will be great!

Zach, love your bridges and trestle. If you want to change things up you might consider cutting off the handrails, double track it and make concrete or stone piers out of 1" styrofoam.

It’s a nice bridge. You’re getting good at weathering. You might want to weather it for the next layout. Not that weathering it is a must. Fun video. Ken

I grew up in Boston with an elevated subway and trolley system. Don't change a thing on the structure. The supports give you a good view of the activities below. The cranberry red would be my choice also...a similar color red as seen inside the train stations. Well done and definitely deserving a salute. Salute ! 🥃 Thank you Zac 👍

Excellent, Zack. That bridge is so cool. Are you going to be able to use some of the structure for the new one? I think that the screws are a good idea. Quite secure and can be removed fairly easily during disassembly. Good luck on the rebuild. As always, an excellent video and I can't wait for the next one.

That’s a great point also! Easy disassembly when coming apart as well! Plan to re-use the majority of it where I can. Will probably need to cut a new “base” for it though. Thanks! 🥃🍻

That bridge is awesome Zach definitely sets off your layout you done a great job on it maybe make a bigger one on new layout,screws are definitely the way to go ,great video 👍 are them penn’s loco the gp30s ?I seen similar locos at Tony’s recently I am interested in getting one Thanks for info, have a good week 😎
