High teenage pregnancy rates, a predisposition to violence, high dropout rates, single parent households, etc. None of these things are prevalent in any flourishing culture. Am I wrong?

Exactly this... Who is teaching morals anymore? It used to be the church and social standards and the natural human instincts to shun those who don't "act right." People don't even seem to understand the point of the justice system anymore, and it can't be the only means of guiding people between right and wrong. Parenting isn't just making babies and then feeding them until they can get their own job. Politicians won't say it, media won't say it or listen to anyone who does because it makes viewers feel shame and humility. Something has got to change. I only have 1 child because I took my responsibility seriously to raise a decent human being. They are an all-A student, polite and kind, they play in a sport, and get more family time than screen time. That's what I signed up for choosing to become a parent. We owe it to our communities and the planet not to allow our children to be feral heathens.

@Action Potential 22 Create a volunteer drone patrol department. Supply volunteers with the state of the art drones train them and let them fly through the city downtown identify culprits, gather Intel and have them arrested.
