Viewers' Questions and Why We Didn't Attend Lisa's Memorial 

Yep Priscilla being guilty all these years and knew she was living a lie ......she couldn’t face you.s or have you,s in the way because of Guilt .....that Priscilla is a Horrible person

They don’t. Would probably have to reach out to Graceland to make prior arrangements. I’m pretty sure their fees for touring Graceland would be waived. In the mornings Monday thru Friday , the public can tour the gravesites at no charge.

The only family Lisa and her children was around after Elvis passing was Priscilla's family and when Vernon was alive no one had to pay the site was open to the public from 9am - 4pm. Closed I day for cleaning the grounds..Priscilla took over think it's down to 1 or 2 hrs per day in the morning.

@@queenscott4572 Lisa Marie wrote and sung about all the folks that hung around her dad. She seem to have thought they took advantage of hm. She also thought some members of the Memphis Mafia added to her dad’s demise. After Elvis’ death the Smith’s never reached out to Lisa Marie. I guess it felt kind of awkward for Lisa Maria to reach out to the Sniths’ . I get it, it was more of them and just one of her. The Smiths’ also never attended Lisa Marie’s Celebration Of Life. They said nobody invited them. Well, if you’re family you don’t need an invitation. Then they turned around and said if they were invited they wouldn’t have went. What’s up with that! If it was my cousin that passed there nobody big enough to stop me from going.With the Smiths’ having that kind of attitude no wonder Lisa Marie never reached out to them. So sad! Elvis is turning over in his grave knowing the Smiths’ chose not to attend his only daughter’s Celebration Of Life. As far as visiting the Presley grave site, it’s open every morning for an hour or two for folks to visit the Presley gravesites free of charge. I hate to sound like I’m harping on the Smiths, but the truth is the truth no matter who you are. They complain they have to pay to get into Graceland. That’s a bold face lie. Let’s call a spade a spade. If they would reach out to Elvis Enterprises and let them know what they are coming.. How much you wanna bet they wouldn’t be charge. It’s just something to hate Priscilla about, but she has nothing to do with it! Again, Smiths’ if you would like to visit Graceland reach out to Elvis Enterprises and schedule a date with them and make sure you tell them who you are.

@@queenscott4572 one more thing sweetie. You mentioned the open visitation to the Presley gravesite which opened for me to elaborate on this issue. Presley gravesite open visitation is one or two hours in the morning. One would just have to call Graceland to get the specific time for open visitation to the Presley gravesites. As far as charging to tour Graceland. Why not, it is worth the money to maintain the high standards of Elvis’ Museum. I go every year for Elvis Week and I have a blast, Here’s wishing you well!

Really, boo who Smiths’ must of been hard for them to have been turned away from family gatherings. That’s a bunch of crap. It’s NOT what it appears to be. The Smiths’ lead folk to believe they are being treated some type a way. NOT so! The smiths’ made their bed. They allowed the negative vibe linger too long. They NEVER once reached out to Lisa Marie after her daddy died. Too late now!

Well let’s not judge. Business is business. And that’s why Family shouldn’t be intertwined in business. It’s too hard. That’s sad that Graceland came between them. I wish someone could have tried to mend their relationship before they passed. It’s called forgiving. But it is over now but maybe they can reach out to Riley. She seems like a good hearted person. I bet she’d love to hear stories about their adventures and their Family history ect.

I love your channel, I know it would be uncomfortable for you to go to Lisa's memorial. That is a shame it is Priscilla's fault all of it. She is money hungry and Lisa looked terrible at Graceland at Elvis 88th birthday celebration. Priscilla should have seen that we all seen it. God Bless you much love

Riley was in charge of the funeral for her mother she knew the rift between her mother and the smiths, they had not seen or spoke to lisa since she was a child, she handed out the invitations , if the smiths never got one there was good reason !! anyway they did not need an invite if they were family !

Alain Fortin, Did you say you could tell how much the Smiths love Lisa Marie. Now, let’s get real, the Smiths’ chose NOT to attend Lisa Marie’s Celebration Of Life. They say they weren’t invited. Then they turn around and say if they were invited they wouldn’t have gone. Really, your so called close cousin you grew up with never paying last respects. Nobody would have stopped me from attending my cousins Celebration Of Life, Another thing, I’m not even sure you had to be invited if you were family. This brings me to think no wonder Lisa Marie NEVER reached out to the Smiths’. The Smiths never tried to reach out to Lisa Marie either in which they should have after her dads death, I guess it doesn’t stop them for talking about Lisa Marie on UTUBE, but what for. You didn’t bother to reach out to her when she was living. I really bothers me when folks appear to be fake. In life families are complicated, we don't know the whole situation but I truly believe if that happened in my family and I didn't attend, I still would grieve for my family member that I lost. I agree @alainfortin7087.Since the Smith’s weren’t invited they would not have a chair, would have had to stand, plus they likely would have been uncomfortable & possibly made the Presley’s uncomfortable. It is just so sad, life is too short🥲

It should be free for family anytime they can go. Older people do not feel as well as others. They should be respected as especially closer relatives don't you think. It is a shame people live away from each other and can't or don't take or have the time to get to know each other and often. Life seems like more of a rat race now and too much hurt and rush. People used to make time to visit before now with everything going on including computers and cell phones, etc.

You say lisa was "cut off", she was an adult maybe she had good reasons to want no more to do with the smith family , end of the day if a family member means that much to you , you are not going to let ANYTHING, not any dispute with family members get in the way of you getting to their funeral , the purpose of a funeral is for ones to say their goodbyes thats the most important thing , if the smith family thought anything of lisa they would have ben there even if they had talked to no one sat at the back and left straight after , people would have seen their support and love for lisa !!

I agree. If Lisa was not able to visit the Smith family as a young child, she could have kept in touch with them as an adult. There is a reason for everything, and there are two sides to every story! I am not taking sides. The Smiths seem like wonderful people, but how do any of us know why Lisa wasn't in touch with them. We know how much she adored her father, so why wouldn't she want to be close to his family? Btw they mentioned Patsy Presley must be upset with the family. Patsy and Priscilla are friends, and Lisa was in contact with her!

Again, I agree with this. Of course I didn't know him personally but in the interviews he gave over the years, he always gave me the impression that family was very important to him.

I do not think as many will want to see Graceland when it is overly commercialized. I did not like the Wax Museum at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. It wasn't just the smell of wax it gave me. I just didn't like it much. They had signs up near where Elvis Presley and Elizabeth Taylor were to go see Jack the Ripper. Lol after that with the wax smell I did not like it too much there. A lot of the figures were interesting and nice but some were not.

Watch Lisa’s interviews about her feelings on the Memphis Mafia, she came to her own conclusions. It’s sad though that Billy ended up being separated from the family as it was mainly the others that had really upset her

@@NYCgirl927 Lisa specifically called out Sonny, Red & Marty as “slithering b*******” for how she felt they exploited and betrayed her dad in his life and death. I agree Billy never said anything as negative as they did (especially Marty) but I’d speculate the association with them in the Alannah Nash book, All the King’s Men was what made her cut them all off and it’s a shame Billy was caught up in that. But I feel for Lisa as she was obviously just protecting her dad. She remained in contact with Joe, Jerry, George, Patsy, Delta, JD Sumner etc I’m not drawing any conclusions about PP as right now it’s all tabloid clickbait

Elvis would have been so furious if he knew how you two have been treated. Im convinced that Elvis loved Billy more than he loved Cilla. I lost so much respect for her over the years! She did wonders to save Graceland, but what she did to Billy and Jo is ungorgiveable

Great to see you back…….I watched Lisa’s memorial on tv here in London and was looking out for you two and wondered where you were ! Very sad that you wasn’t invited but I suppose Riley and siblings were all just to devastated to think of everyone……. But Priscilla and Jerry could have( likewise the premier of the film)…….which, by the way I really enjoyed and admit to shedding a tear! Like you Jo, I thought Lisa looked terrible at the Premier hanging hold of Jerry and wondered what was wrong with her,she obviously never got over the death of her son and was heartbroken. Anyway, I am sorry for your loss and I’m glad you’re still happy and in love and taking good care of each other🥰 My daughter and I visited the states in 2010 for my big birthday, what a treat it was,8 days in Memphis and 6 in New York…….we didn’t stay in the hotels near Graceland as we knew there were plenty of places and things we wanted to experience…..we came to Graceland twice ,the first as a VIP and was treated very well, the staff and security were lovely although one young man thought it was very strange that I picked up a couple of dried leaves and a twig to bring home with me 😂😂, it was but I wanted something apart from photos and memories… I have to say it now looks different and I’m not sure I want to visit again, it seems like a circus now! I do however, watch on u tube the lady who looks after all of Elvis’s memorabilia that’s always interesting Anyway I’ve rambled on a bit ( sorry) Keep well and safe and I look forward to the next video……I also watch your sons ☺️

@Pamela well hopefully she doesn't blame her Dad's death on them because it wasn't their fault. He did things his way and Priscilla even said so. Dr Nick said he would have gotten the pills from somewhere else and he would have. But imo just because Dr Nick said that doesn't make it right that he gave Elvis all those pills. They take an oath to do no harm and he definitely did.
