Sarv and Ruv are from a mod called Mid-Fight Masses. Sarv is a demon who actually wants to help others, hence why she looks like a nun. Ruv is a Russian criminal who stays at Sarv's church. Both are immortal and knew each other when they were little. Ruv's current eyepatch is actually one of Sarv's ribbons. There is actually a wiki about all FNF mods with pages dedicated to these characters, if you want to know more about them. They also have two unofficial kids, a son named Selever and a daughter named Rasazy.
