CityLivingのSan MyshunoのランドグラーブVIIIのお部屋を作りました。
フェンご夫妻のお隣の部屋ですね。ブラウンを基調とした、お隣に負けず劣らずモダンでラグジュアリーなお部屋です。
こっちの部屋は眺めのいいバルコニー付きなのが嬉しいところですね。

@@nil3552, well, maybe so, then. But hey, why don't you look on the bright side of this case? Because, I'm pretty sure, that no one is forcing you download this one, if it doesn't suit your taste. But at least, I personally, and dozens of other people here like his very awesome work, including this masterpiece shown us in this video. And if this building doesn't suit your taste, you're always free to build your own. At least then you get exactly the house you wish.

It's good to see that a luxury home can be done in the sims without custom content. I really like that we have gotten to this point in the game even though it took quite some time. Now to get to a point that we don't need mods for gameplay.

I love, love, LOVE that you did this one! Please do all the penthouses in San Myshuno! (If you haven't done the rooftop club, I'd love to see your take on that one - I'm always looking for something nice to replace it with, and I've yet to find anything I really love/that feels *right* for a luxury, roof-top night club/bar.) You've really got the touch. The flow of this apartment just feels *right* - and the little touches of plants and subtle lighting in the corners, the mezzanine... genuinely, I'm speechless. This is the vibe Sims 4 wanted to give us with San Myshuno, and fell so far from. Thank you for making TS4 a genuinely more fun, and beautiful experience for others! Your hard work is so, so appreciated!!

I've seen many VIII Landgraab renovations, but your floor plan is one of my favorites. The vista from the first floor got me gasping! It's so beautiful to look at the mezzanine after entering from the foyer area. And the color palette is so pretty! It must be time-consuming to find the right light color. Great work! ❤❤

This build is BAE 🥹 ! I read through comments to see if someone else had issues placing the 2nd floor but I seem to be the only one 😭. Can someone please help me ? I try placing the second floor and I can see that it fits perfectly but it won’t place unless I enter the other apartment’s area. And of course that will cut off a part of the build. I don’t understand how to fix it and am so pissed. Please help a sis 🙏🏿

Hello! Most likely, you have already solved this problem, but if not, then I want to give you a hint. this building is intended for the Landgraab VIII apartment (at first I chose the neighboring apartment and wondered why the rooms didn’t fit as they should. It turned out that I was just confused)
