I am a victim of SBI, Pune police , Pune court consumer and criminal. I purchased 2 flats in maval at Chandkhed, and they were registered in lonavla sub registrar with all fees paid . The builder's office sold the flat on behalf of builder's brother Vijay Agarwal . This person was a partner in loans from SBI Chandkhed for 4 to 5 flats. In 2018 flats prices dropped . Hence and was coted a price of 20 lacs. When I showed my keeness to buy the said flats the builder and his team got the better of me and jacked the price. Later when I insisted they made a registered agreement in lonavla registrate saying the other places there is lot of rush. As I made complete payments by cheques and had a memorandum of understanding and decleration by builder's brother he started saying he needs time as he had a bank loan. When I contacted SBI Chandkhed they refused to give info. Later builder's brother gave a SBI letter that said loan were cleared . I had paid municipal tax as well. As water was not supplied by pancayat of Chandkhed and investigation done learnt a notice by bank was put on my door. Lawyers , institutions HDFC that provided loan and collected money for survey and approved loan also failed to give me documents for survey done. Aproached Hinjawadi police where the office was located .but till today they kept taking statments but did not arrest Vijay or builder's team neither court . Aproached Chinchwad police station the also played games the Commissioner arrested the builder and got a promotion but his team released the builder on mental grounds and is still fooling people. The bank used commissioners help and bought the lawyers to quash my case. The criminal court helped my lawyer to betray me with corporation of police to not give me a fir till today. I am not the only one . Pune 1 commissioner, Chinchwad and Hinjawadi varist adhikari all are involved Consumer court has still to decide . Case is on from 22 as COVID helped builder and brothers . This scam is on in all cities by same groupe all three brothers are builder's. All take loans from various banks . They have representatives is the same buildings to missguide others. Cbi also did not accept my request as it is also filled with scammers. Lawyers are ganged with police and gundas all over the city. Non want to solve the problem many victims were eliminated. I bought flat 101 and 104 as they were available but 102 victim is missing his flat was sold to a new person who aproached me for selling 101 which had a loan of 35 lacs while the cost of flat was 14 to 15 lacs in 2014 when the building was build that's in record. SBi sells the flat on electronic building which it cannot as flat is registered on my name they tried all stunts of robbing the documents , harming me physically. Also SBI is a notorious bank. I had 3 ten years fds from 2005 ,2008 and 2011 all records not available on pretex that the records are no their concern. No corporation. They even manage to buy the maids to steal your documents. The police went too far they released a criminal to rob the CDs of registration of flat from my other flat by becoming my driver . Neither banks, insurance companies, or trading institutions are reliable in India . These frauds are ruining the life of almost all citizens. This is a awakner to all .
I think media's first duty is to question government. If Dhruv is making question to govt. then this is not twisting facts or not to support BJP. He is giving correct informations to every people of India. We need to support him. If he gives information in an extraordinary way then this is his style. Don't be slave of government after british. As much as I appreciate this video, I'd also like to state that Dhruv did jump into one conclusion and that was Arun Jaitley "knowing" that Vijay Mallya would be leaving for London. According to this video, Vijay Mallya simply came up with a settlement offer only and did not give away to Arun Jaitley any hints that he will be leaving the country. Hence questioning Arun Jaitley's decisions on "purposely letting him leave the country" isn't fair in my opinion.
someone like arun jaitly, especially with the number of years he's been in this scene its common sense that if someone is paniking or in pressure and offers a settlement that if it doesnt work in their favour could be a flight risk.
