I remember him firing approx 1100 employees after giving them notice and 30% of salary for next three months and paid the existing ones 60%. He carries all the curse !

This guy Gautum has screwed the father made as he put his father on the street n also his wife.We Need to see from every angles who has made a mistake .The father has worked n raised the company. Now the share holders of company n bankers has the key to save the company n make sir Vijay the chairman before he dies so his soul will satisfy n with that grace the company will grow.

Very unfortunate that a father should speak so poorly about his own son in public, while his son has not once spoken back in retaliation. This speaks volumes. Gautam's private life has nothing to do with his business acumen and who has made Raymond a renowned brand. Many industrialist have divorced and continue to lead very successful businesses.

This is not a New phenomen of the J.K.Group.This Group is run by the Most Arrogant Banias who originated from Kanpur In Reality I worked for a Brief period in one of their group long back in Kota .All the key post are held by their close Pan chewing Arrogant relatives and reporting to them were qualified chartered Accountants who daily used to face abusive taunts daily .Mr Gautam Singhania is a byproduct of that tribe This fact can be corroborated from old J.K. employees.
