color or heritage does not mean nothing. we all should love professional wrestling always. I mean its ok like, your latino, should be proud of latino stars. just like I am white and proud and proud of my white stars as well. But I love professional wrestling and I will support anyone who is a great wrestler no matter what color, heritage they are. I love to see international superstars get the spotlight they deserve. Lets hope AEW will build on to bringing up more future stars like Vikingo and so on often. I hope Vikingo stays on AEW and gets contract he deserves. Dude is amazing. Also, I know AEW been bringing in lots of titles lately. But I would love to see them bring back the old WCW Cruiserweight title, how they brought up superstars like Rey Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero, Kidman, to Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit, Ultimo Dragon, Juventud Guerrera, Chris Jericho, etc. I miss those days. Also love see Rush vs Vikingo be hell of a main event.

Kommander signed with AEW. El Hijo del Vikingo has not signed a Contract with AEW. AEW has a working relationship with AAA Lucha. As you have seen AEW Wrestlers wrestle at a number of AAA Lucha Shows the last few years and a number of AAA Lucha Wrestlers wrestle at a number of AEW Shows.

Having that partnership with AAA really allows for some awesome matches! I've only really been watching Lucha Libre(outside of stuff in WCW and WWF) since around 2010 but it's been consistently at the core of some of my favorite matches since I started watching it.

I grew up with it when my grandparents introduced me to it when I was a tyke in 1975: EMLL Mexico- La Empresa Mundial de Lucha Libre (now CMLL), the oldest existing Pro Wrestling promotion in the world which began in 1933. Mil Mascaras was my childhood hero growing up. I collected masks of every Luchador when we made trips to Mexico. The 3 Eternal Gods of Lucha are El Santo, Blue Demon and Mil Mascaras. But I also loved the Rudos (heels) such as La Ola Blanca (The White Wave) consisting of Dr. Wagner Sr, Angel Blanco, and El Solitario, and later Gran Markus. 1st match I ever saw live as a kid was Gino Hernandez & Gran Markus vs Jose Lothario & Mil Mascaras at the old Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston. Ahhhh, I miss my childhood. But AEW has reignited my love for Lucha Libre in the US.

@@TheCoog97 Mil Mascaras? The Man of a Thousand Masks? Alberto El Patron's Uncle. I would see Wrestlers from Mexico work NWA Shows and WWWF Shows when I was growing up, but I became a Big Fan when WCW and AAA did The "When World's Collide" Pay Per View in 1994. Then I go to see Los Gringos Locos, Heavy Metal, Octoagon, El Hijo Del Santo.. Mike Tenay when he worked for WCW told us so much about Lucha Livre on WCW Shows during The 1990's.

7:48 The La Mistica is such a crazy underrated move: it's a Tijeras (Headscissors) transitioned into a single arm DDT, *floated over* into a Fujiwara Arm Bar. It's awesome and Dralistico always makes it look so good.

Vikingo is incredible, does some things in the ring that I've never seen before which is impressive in this day and age, but Dralistico is really great too, his last two matches on Rampage have been outstanding, hoping LFI get a push soon.

Excellent the work AEW is doing getting Mexican and Japanese wrestlers in order to improve their shows. This one was great so get me more luchadores, what a way to understand wrestling (and the women, think what the joshi have done for the women Division with two wonderful champs, it's time to bring some Mexican women other than Rosa).

@@DemonicEmpowerment I don't hate wrestling thriving and I wish it was. The sad reality is that less people are watching it now than there were in the 80's or in the late 90's/early 00's. AEW has a few bright spots but it's mostly shit. They aren't putting on better shows, they are resorting to the same old shit every week that is only over with their core, niche audience.

@@Mostafa-Hazem The ratings are showing otherwise. AEW has proven they can match or go above the other show in ratings. But have not even gotten out of the 500k to 890k range. They have had a few 1,020 million ratings on a couple of the dynamite shows and the other show that has been using only a select few wrestlers each show has been at a steady 1 to 2 million. Our opinions are just going to be different but according to the majority it was not a 7 star match it was a bathroom break. You can't keep having match's letting people get away with anything, no storylines, not showing a package for wrestlers appearing that not everyone knows and expect the fans to care about the match no matter how you try to pretty it up. A good match has a build up or a reason. Not all the wrestling fans in this age know these wrestlers. So for them it's Kenny Omega vs some guy that is a high flyer because the booking was lazy.
