China mission had used small Nuclear heater in their rover so that the rover does not get froze up in the -263 degree Celsius temperature throughout the lunar night.

If we had utilised the full batteries of Vikram and Pragyan during the lunar nights, we would have received much more information but ISRO has already done a remarkable and historic work.

Thermal insulation nhi tha kya? Muje lgta hai 14 days tak computers ke liye miner heater dena chahiye tha jisse computer warm rhe with enough battery..... If we notice cold countries mein camera ke batteries zyada der tak survive nhi krte thand k kaaran.. Jaldi drain ho jaate hai..... Ho skta hai -200 degrees mein batteries dead ho gye ho

Nobody is talking about this that Chandrayaan and Lander are not waking up. Thanks for bringing it to our knowledge. After all the fanfare even this information should be disseminated in its true sence.

सर यदि Lander Or Rover को heat temperature मिल गया तो फिर से शुरू हो जाएगा| बस ISRO के साहब start command देते रहे| अभी diamond और कोयला मिलना बाकी है|

If there was a need for it to last longer than 1 lunar day , there was enough money from that 75 million dollar budget to add a Radioisotope Heater Units (RHUs) that would have kept it warm during the lunar night and served both the Lander and Rover . about 8 + K USD . I guess there was no intention - No objectives other than just to prove made in India could do a soft land and just be first at the south pole.

Jab communication hi nahi hai toh order kaise denge? Dead machines ko? Sleep mode ke pehle aisa isiliye nahi kiye taki din hone par dhoop mil sake rover ko bhi. Waise bhi rover ko dhaaga ke sahare steep inclined ramp se utara gaya tha. Wapas upar climb karna extremely tough hoga.
