@@zjeb7393 You need to step on W for 1.5 seconds for you to get stunned, E does half of its damage because the explosion is probably the easiest ability to dodge in the entire game, the ultimate is also slow as fuck. In early game he has no damage and a lot of cooldown, he also has no mobility, any champion that can extend fights will win 100% of the time. Viktor is a very strong champion but definitely not OP, just play around those things.

@@kardnails8729 Viktor is broken, riot has a lot of champs that are broken right now hence why you see people talking about it all the time. Viktor and syndra used to be late game scaling mages however riot buffed them into mid game champs recently. Just like they're doing to adcs next patch

@@Sannicsuf Viktor has some of the best mobility and self peel in the game, and he will win extended fights because he has a lot of damage over time and the q is quite spammable for mobility and self defense not to mention all your abilities slow quite well, You aren't losing fights unless they enemy is ridiculously fed. we used to have to by rylas but riot made it so we didn't. I'm not sure what you;re going on about here but you forget viktor is a battle mage control mage like ryze, aniva, swain etc, they have a lot of aoe cc and slow abilities that do damage over time.
