People are shouting racism without fully explaining why they think it’s racist so it credits the ‘race card’ accusation. It was clear from very early on that there was a certain attitude toward these girls that was present before anyone got to know them. It’s the assumption that black women are some type of character or carry some kind of energy that has made them behave negatively. This bias is indeed RACISM .

I think most black women in the UK have experienced this and different forms at work, uni, school (depending on the demographics) etc. Black women in the UK who haven't experienced this are the minority. It's really sad. It was like watching a scene from my life play out. Even currently I'm dealing with a "cry whenever the mean black woman doesn't let me have my way" person at work or the second "treat you like shit and then complain behind your back you don't sit with me".
I have my first workplace experience of this back in 1994. Oxford Grad angry that I was full time and she was temp, created false situation started crying for nothing ran straight to boss. I was reprimanded and my contract was not extended - 6 months and eating bake bean for breakfast, lunch and dinner for lunch -- could not pay rent threaten with eviction .. lucky got another jobs was okay. These women can deadly with their made up tears. Let hope Karma gets them for all the hardship and suffering their calculated actions cause.
