I Have visited this property about a year ago for my Birthday. It definitely did not disappoint. The rooms, food landscaping, and customer service are immaculate. We also took the ferry and went on a snorkeling excursion... I travel a lot and so far I give this trip a 10....BEST TRIP EVER!!!!!!!!

Hi Kevin! Thank you so much for your positive feedback! Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the kids area as we were a group of adults only and I didn’t get around to checking that out. Transport from CUN airport was about 30 minutes or so- a nice ride. I will definitely begin to include feedback on kids areas from now on. Thank you for that. Have fun & enjoy your trip! :)

Hi Nadijah! Good question...I wish it was! lol. But no, the mini mart & Starbucks are not included. Sidenote: The mini mart has some really cute bathing suits!!

@@iimimat My friend made all of our reservations before we got there, so I am not 100% sure to be honest. I know they ask for your reservation number so it may be required to have your room booked first. I do know the reservations can be made on their website. As far as room service, I did not utilize that service, so unfortunately I cannot confirm. Great point, though! I will surely add this to my inquiry list going forward. Thanks a lot! :)
Hi Katherine! The beach front was AMAZING!! I recall sitting on the beachfront with my last cocktail before we left thinking how sad I was to be leaving lol. It's excellent.
Hi Jenna, I actually had a hard time making reservations for certain restaurants before my arrival. My friend who arrived days before me did it easily once there I’m told.
Hi Shy! Great review, this is our first time traveling to cancun and this Resort caught our eye. If you don't mind me asking, did you have to tip at those restaurants/bars and roughly (ballpark) how much?
Hi Harry!! Thank you so much for your kind words. To answer your question, “Did we have to tip?” No, you don’t, and it is not expected. However, the service is so spectacular that you might feel bad if you didn’t. Roughly in tips I spent about $50-$60 over a 4 night stay. Hope this helps!
It is a great property. It does get real quiet and calm around 10pm. The first night that bothered me. But was happy for the quiet the rest of the trip. Lol. I spent about $80 in tips. The best tip I can give. Get up around 7am and claim your seats around the pool. I just put their pool towels over the chairs I wanted. The seats by the Jacuzzi and the center island in main pool. Are the best to me.
