You should always show the asking price. That way people who are looking for an home can determine whether or not it fits within their budget and decide if they want to make further inquiries.
The assumption in US real estate is an asking price. If you are trying to attract a US market I really would suggest posting prices. That is my number one complaint with your videos.

@@carloloddore you can put the asking price in the description, which you can always update if it changes. You can also update the title and description once a home is under offer and once it is sold, so that viewers know when a video is “stale.” Nearly every realtor puts the asking price in the description. Lionard doesn’t, but almost all of their properties are well into the millions of euros. Most people are just watching those videos to see Stephanie tour a beautiful home. :)
@@carloloddore if you do not post the price, video is useless, then you can add the price into description, and change it, if it's needed. anyway, everybody knows that price are change during the time, and it's also useful when you can compare the price in future.
