THE WOMAN LIVES IN THE VILLAGE! Innusya is cooking traditional Ukrainian vegan Dinner with wild dried mushrooms. Ukrainian cuisine has a lot of dishes without meat and animal products. During fasting, many people cook different vegan and vegetarian recipes. 😯wild mushrooms, they are the best 🤤. Even when dried they are so flavourful. It is a recipe requiring a lot of work but I'm sure it must taste of satisfaction. Completely new to me but a familiar flavour profile of cabbage, mushrooms, carrots n onions. Work of traditional old school culinary art 👌🏻

@@Palindrome78 да, на дне этой воды даже песок может быть - поэтому конечно нужно слить воду от сушеных грибов. А если они законсервированные, то вначале их промыли и сварили, и поэтому они готовы к употреблению вместе с рассолом.

I have some questions. What are the light brown tubular things in the basket Ina is putting in the fire? What are they made of? I have never seen anything like them before. Do most Ukrainians living in the country cook outside on wood burning stoves? I have enjoyed watching Ina’s cooking videos and learning about Ukrainian food. My parents live in the countryside in Ukraine, and they cook on an ordinary gas stove in the kitchen, like probably all the people I know :) But my mom's parents did have a wood stove, although it was in the house, not outside. They also had a small building in the yard to cook there in the summer, when it was too hot to burn wood in the house. It had a separate stove inside and all that.

Це дуже смачне поєднання смаків квашена капуста та гриби. В мене Бабуся готувала такі ж зрази але трішки по іншому. Вимочувала у воді білі гриби потім на пательню та туди води потім коли вода випаровувалась додавала олії та туди цибулю і трошкі підсмажувала гриби та цибулю потім туди ж квашену капусту і уся та смакота тушкувалася ,перець чорний трішки цукру для балансу ,смак неймовірний а потім формувала зрази ,картопляне тісто та капуста тушкована з грибами. Це неймовірно,смачно 👍👍👍
