Village girl hunting & cooking the largest "Pork mushroom" from the mountains 

Today's note 👇 අද සටහන 👇 As soon as the sun rises in the Green mountains, the entire mountain becomes blue as the raindrops dry up. Another beautiful day has dawned in my mountain kingdom, which is located above a group of green and blue mountains. In the morning, I heard that a pork mushroom had bloomed. So as soon as I woke up I ran to hunt it. In Sri Lanka we call this as five pigs because this mushroom looks and tastes like pork This mushroom is very large. 5 of these bloom together. Everyone in the village gets together and shares them. I also took one and gave the others to the neighbors. These look almost like a pig when they are in bloom. Also, they are a bit tough when chewed like pork. When I found this mushroom that blooms very rarely, I was happy as if I had found a treasure. That is because they are very rare. Many people in Sri Lanka eat roti with mushroom curry. So I thought of making roti with mushroom curry tonight. These are like pork, so they are well seasoned and cooked like pork. I warmly welcome you who came to enjoy the pork and mushroom curry today while experiencing the traditional way of life of our old people in the evening in the village. Let's enjoy another peaceful and beautiful day of village life කදුකරයට ඉර පායන්නේ අලුත් අලුත් වටිනාකම් පිරුණු වෙනස්ම නැවුම් උදයක් අරගෙන එන්නයි. අදත් ඒ වගේ හරිම ලස්සන විශේෂ දවසක්. උදේම අහන්න ලැබුනේ උරුපහක් පිපිලා කියලයි. කුරුමිනියො වහන්න කලින් කෘමි සත්තුන්ටත් හොරෙන්ම මේ දුර්ලබ වස්තුව නෙලාගන්නයි දුවගෙන ගියේ. ඌරු පහ කියලා කියන්නේ මට නම් සුලබ බිම්මල් විශේෂයක්. කදුකරයේ එක කාලයකදි මේ බිම්මල් පිපෙනවා. ලොකූම ලොකු බිම්මල් පහක් විදියට තමයි ඒවා පිපෙන්නේ. මුලින්ම දැක්ක කෙනා ඒවා කාටවත් නොකියම කඩාගන්නවා. ගොඩක්ම ලොකු නිසා අසල්වැසි ගෙවල් වලටත් දීලම බෙදාහදාගෙනයි රසවිදින්නේ. කලු සුදු තිත් තිත් එක්ක සොබාදහමේ අපූරු වර්ණ සංකලනය හේතුවෙන් මේ නම් හැබෑවටම ඌරෙක්දෝයි හිමිදිරි ජාමෙට රැවටෙන තරම් ලොකු, මේ සොබාදහමේ අපූරු දායාදයට ඌරුපහ කියන නම් ලැබෙන්නම ඇත්තේ එහි වර්ණයට හැඩයට වගේම රසයටත් සමාන නිසා වෙන්න ඇති. තද ගතියට හම වගේ හැපෙන නිසා මේ බිම්මල් කන අයට ඌරු මස් සිහිගැන්වෙන නිසාත් ඒ නම ලැබෙන්න ඇති. මහ විසාල බිම්මලක් නිසා හැබෑවටම කැලෑ සතෙකුගේ කුයිලයක් මේ බිම්මලෙන් වහනය වෙනවා. හොදින් සුවද බැලුවම ඒ බව හදුනාගන්නත් පුලුවන්. පොඩිම කාලේ අප්පච්චි වත්තට ගියාම කඩාගෙන එන ඌරුපහ දැකලා තිබුනත් මම නිතර අහලා තියෙනවා අපේ සුදු අත්තම්මා දරට ගියාම මහ විසාල කොරහක් තරම් මල් කඩන් එන බව. හැබෑවටම ඒ කතාව ඇස් මානයේ දිගහැරුනේ අදයි. වාසනාවට මැණිකෙට ඒ දර්ශනය ඔයාලත් එක්ක මේ විදියට බෙදාගන්නත් හැකියාවක් ලැබුනා. උදේම මේ සොබාදහමේ සුන්දර දායාදය දෝතින්ම දරාගෙන ගලින් ගලට පැනගෙන ගෙපැලට ආවේ අද නම් රෑට හොද පදමට කුළුබඩු, රස ගැන්නුම් යොදාගෙන රොටි එක්ක ඌරු බිම්මල් ව්‍යාංජනයක් හදන්න හිතාගෙනයි. ඌරු බිම්මල මට නම් හොද හැටි හුරු පුරුදු වුනාට අපේ ගොඩක් අය මේවා හරි හැටි නොදන්න නිසා ආහාරයට එක් කරගන්න බියක් දක්වනවා.. ආහාරයක යම් විසක් ඇත්දෝයි සැකයක් තියෙන අවස්ථාවකදී විනාඩි 8 ක් පමණ බාගෙට පුලුස්සාගත් සුදුලූනු ආහාරයට එක් කර ගැනීමෙන් ආහාරවල තියෙන බොහෝ විෂ වර්ග ඉවත් කරගන්න පුලුවන් . ශරීර සෞඛ්‍යටත් ඒවා බොහොම අගෙයි. අගුරු මතට සුදුලූනු පොතු පිටින් එක් කරගෙන බිම්මල් ව්‍යාංජනයට එක් කලෙත් ඒ අරමුණ ඇතිවයි. යම් යම් ආසාත්මිකතා ඇති අයට ඒ ක්‍රමය බොහොම වැදගත් වේවි. ගොම්මන් ජාමෙට ගැමි ජීවිතයේ ගලාගෙන යන නිදහස් රටාවත් රස විදින ගමන් අහල පහල වනන්තරෙන් රෑ බෝ වෙද්දි එන රැහැයි හඩත් එක්කම නිදහස් ගැමි ජීවිතයේ අතීතයේ දවසක රසය විදගන්න අදත් ආවට බොහොම ස්තූතියි. මං ..ටිකක් ඈත අතීතයේ කදුකර ගම්මානයක ඉදං.. උඩරට මැණිකේ.. (උඩහ ගෙදර අක්කගෙ උපකාරයෙනුයි මේ බිම්මල හමුවුනේ... ආදරණීය අසල්වැසියන්ගේ සුහද සහයෝගය මේ වෙලාවේ ආදරෙන් මතක් කරන්න කැමතියි. )
