Village of Herkimer receives $10 million grant to improve Main Street.  Here’s the before video. 

The village of Herkimer just recently received a $10 million grant to improve the downtown Main Street corridor.
I walked up and down both sides of Main Street, recording all the way, looking in the windows of some of the failed businesses and never had a problem with anybody until I went to the Village office to ask about how they were going to appropriate the funds. That is when we ran into a couple talking shit and the village water employees who have a problem with me looking at our truck.
This was not meant to be a first amendment audit, so I removed the interaction with the water department, employees and listed that separately.
