I actually heard that fasting for some days or weeks (under medical supervision) can also have amazing effects on our mental health and showed mindblowing results in the treatment of depression too. Maybe that might be an option too. :)

I agree that this group get out more than others. Though one of the reasons for that may be because it is the longest running "villager/tribal" type channel, probably most subbed and its success is bringing in enough finances to fund these trips while others struggle a bit more. It just goes to show that dedication pays off and in time other channels may venture out. It really comes down to what income each channel makes, pay and expense and what remains for these types of activities afterwards... can't be cheap to take half-a-dozen people on a long journey all the time, studio-based work helps fund that, so always try to watch them too as it will provide the cash needed for these special videos! Sadly, the pandemic helped these channels peak in terms of viewership since many people were staying home and finding new forms of entertainment online, and now we're getting back some normality that may cause a drop in views and less "spare cash" support, although they should retain more views than pre-pandemic if dedicated subscribers get a chance to watch their stuff. Regardless, this channel has always seems to do well with its income and dedicates a good amount of time to outdoor activities. Kudos to their ability to manage their funds so well!

They are really letting them live their best lives. Babu always says everything they do everytime they learn something new. They truly take these experiences to heart and even others benefit from this as well. I recall them saying they seemed the wisest people in their village/community because of all these crazy things they learn. Knowledge is a true gift there

@Frankie 100% agree! I also think they're doing quite a bit for us, as viewers. This channel provides a kind of happy escape from the insanity that the news pumps out 24/7 and these days, that's worth more than anything money can buy!

This channel is doing a lot for us too.

It's so wholesome to see them getting to do things they'd never do, especially Babu, the world he knows about must be so totally different to the world he grew up in. And yet he remains open minded and happy to try it all. He's not angry about his world changing to something totally new, he embraces it. It's lovely.

I loved that they carried Gopu into the water. They encouraged him to face his fear and he was able to have so much fun. He had his inflatable tube, and that also gave them all something to jump on and mess with Gopu a bit.

The last I heard he is 64. Not old but everyone calls him old and its annoying. Im 51 and everyone thinks im upper 30's so it scary to think in 12 years people will call me old lol. I do think life is probably harder out there than say in some western countries so people dont live as long and look a bit older there. That being said I love these guys so damn much!

@@kamranriaz4661 I think I recall something about surgery on his leg or hip? In some earlier videos he seemed to walk with a limp and I think that has limited his participation in some of their activities. I was happy to see him having so much fun today!
