okay so I got bored and decided to make this-
The character part of this video is a character I thought about and she is inspired by toga.
basically, she has always been a fan of Himiko Toga to the point where she wanted to be her (which is why parts of her hair is brown, it's because she tried to dye her hair blonde)
one problem she has is she doesn't really act like toga, I guess you can say she just doesn't act like the way she wants to when she's around people, because she thinks they may call her weird.
Since she looks a little too much like toga you guys might come at me in the comments, so ill just say she isn't a OC of mine and this is just a 1 time thing.
