ViMeg Vi500 4-1S Automatic Bottling Line 

An in-depth look at the Vi500 Automatic Bottling Line by ViMeg; covering the initial set up & operation of the unit, as well as adjustments for different bottle formats, and creating new programs within the control unit.
The Vi500 4-1S Monoblock comes standard with a 4 Head Gravity Filler and Capping Station for standard wine corks. This particular unit is also outfitted with a 2 Nozzle Rinse / Dry Station, Inert Gas Injection (prior to corking), and Ultrasonic Sensors to detect clear bottles.
The Vi500 Bottling Line is capable of processing 200 - 600 bottles per hour and can accommodate bottle sizes from 0.3 L - 3.0 L.
