This guy is a hero for protecting his family and is being treated like a criminal

The world has turned upside down, wrong is right, and right is wrong. This man protected his family from harm and instead of praise he receives penalty by having his concealed carry revoked by an upside down government. A big thumbs up to Vince from NYC👍

I'm glad that Vince was able to defend himself and his family. I watched him on Colion Noir, as well. Sad, the authoritarians in California withdrew their permission slip for him to carry his firearm. I live in Arizona, and I’m noticing some policies changing. I’ve heard that our attorney general has sent a letter supporting California’s magazine capacity limit. Thank you all for this podcast, and it was good to hear from Vince again. 🇺🇸

The govt is an organized crime syndicate. Carry with or without their permission slips. See _Bruen_ p. 30, f.n. 9: "That said, because any permitting scheme can be put toward abusive ends, we do not rule out constitutional challenges to shall-issue regimes where, for example, lengthy wait times in processing license applications or exorbitant fees deny ordinary citizens their right to public carry."

Thank you. This story has all the elements of why EVERY responsible law abiding adult should be prepared to defend themselves, their family, and their home. My wife and I were held up at gunpoint about 40 years ago. Although we lost cash, jewelry, etc, the biggest loss was to our confidence and freedom. It took nearly 10 years before I was able to get her to go ANYWHERE after dark, or into any unfamiliar and uncontrolled venues. Even now, the fear of that event weighs on her.

Crazy mixed up world we live in. Glad he was able to defend himself and his family. Hope he has the ability to move.

OMG! Most riveting and timely interview ever!

When he talks about not knowing if he was shot or not I know exactly what he means. About 3 weeks ago I was cleaning fire arms and I had a lot going on that day and got distracted and picked up the wrong gun I was getting ready to work on and ended up shooting myself in the hand. I just thought the gun went off until I started looking at what just happened and noticed a hole in my hand and after getting my young kids ready and driving myself to the hospital I felt no pain until I was setting ing a hospital bed and my adrenaline started to fade away. I know everyone is going to say I’m an irresponsible gun owner but if you let yourself get distracted for a second it can happen Stay sharp.

This is an incredible story. One that everyone really needs to hear.

He's on the show to inform ppl what happened and if it's not the first time then the police in his area needs to be driving around the area making sure the criminals are not comfortable with breaking into someone home armed Multiple times and they still don't have a cop patrolling that neighborhood , and these are regular criminals what you thinks going to happen if we don't tighten up on the border situation 😕 our government has really let us down in more ways we can think,this system is no doubt broken.

In hindsight it might be a good idea to have a gate built at the entrance to the corridor leading to the front door. It's s kill zone. Personally, after all the break-ins and this attempted home invasion I'd move.

A friend of mine has three beautiful children and a wife. I asked him why he doesn't carry and he just laughed and said when it's time it's time.

Main takeaway: If you live in California, and want to stay alive and protect your family, you need to: 1. Take boxing or marital arts lessons 2. Buy one or more firearms 3. Take firearm training 4. Get a CCW 5. Move out of California (and other dangerous states like NY, NJ, MA, WA, OR, etc)

I read on the Internet a week or so after the incident that the sheriffs dept stated his license was revoked because he was screaming at police officers.

Why the hell would anyone live there? I was in MCRD San Diego for Boot Camp and did SOI in Camp Pendleton, so I know it's an amazing place, but it's not worth my rights!

(2A ) Well regulated, the part everyone forgets about, Regulate Definition: To control or supervise something by means of rules and regulations. If your a felon or have criminal history you can't legally but a firearm, if Your'e a citizen in good standing, you have nothing to worry about.

Use of Deadly Force Polices clearly state that you will not use deadly force against a fleeing suspect, unless the suspect is in the process of causing immediate great bodily injury or death, if the suspects didn't run away but continued, then deadly force is justified, since NO ONE but the investigators have full knowledge of what actually happened, what you think happened doesn't mean anything, just speculations and b.s. opinions, that's why it's a temporary suspension

A guy coming out here from the East Coast and crying about homeless people being the problem? I'm not feeling the guys message. Homelessness has been a problem here for a few decades now. Why did he decide to move to L.A.? Homeless are a symptom of a greater problem. That is what needs to be addressed.

Clint and Kaya are absolutely awful at interviewing. I'm trying to listen to Mr. Ricci tell his story about what happend and he is being constantly interrupted by Clint and Kaya. I feel like they are wanting the attention so they can show everyone how much they know and how well trained they are. Let the man tell his story. Stop shifting the focus to you. Let the man speak.

So they took his permit because the numbers didn't match the paperwork? That mistake is on him 100%. It's on the application. They will revoke for that. He has the right to defend himself and family, but the permit is a different issue. The paperwork has to be in order, or they will nail you.
