Here's what happened: Dr Hello bio-engineered a race of living vegetables but they started attacking people. He then went into hiding under the new alias: Bioforce Man. Now, seeking to redeem his past transgressions, Dr Hello's alter ego slays the mutant tomato leaders and becomes the god of all toads.

MSX is disregarded in terms of emulation because there's not a lot of stable emulators, plus the fact that a good chunk of the library was never translated. When most of your games are text heavy and hours-long, if people can't read them they're not going to play them.

the spelling of the title indicates that the original creators mispelled "Mario", which should be written as 마이오. ㅂ (bieup) is the Hangeul letter that essentially sounds like B. so, when being translated a second time to English, the writer would end with "baio (bah ee oh)", which sounds pretty close to Bio. 맨 says Man (literally; pronounced more like mehn though), so the end result for the title is "Bio Man". Fucking bizarre, but there it is. If I had to guess why such a simple grammatical error was made in the game's native language, I imagine it'd be for copyright reasons. Apparently Korean copyright law was pretty relaxed back then. Still ended up being hilarious, though!

This pacman ripoff is so much better than the original.

Wow I totally guessed the devs of "Oh Shit" might be Dutch because the "hap" on screen of the arcade machine basically means "chomp" or "nom" in Dutch, which would make sense considering it's a Pac-Man game. Turns out it wasn't a lucky guess after all.
