After 12 years of my depression , alcohol , cigarettes and weight gain. This year I stopped all of them. After 12 years Vinnie and the clique still own the ol school tunes for my future gym swagger. It's only that I'm almost 50 years of age, and it's so hard to justify anything that can send me back to my roots of militant focus better than JMT and AOTP. Focus is bad for a man to loose . It's like loosing an old friend that reminds you that you had a personal connection with your god. 'Life'. Focus is a fight that never looses meaning, if there is still time to take that trip.
