This is similar to the 1995 case of Mark Winger in Illinois. He set up a guy to look like he murdered his wife but the husband killed him and put the murder of the wife on him

The possibility to stay in the U.S. married to a law enforcement officer with a nice life of course she had so much to gain! Do you guys not ever listen to news from Latin America? I grew up in Latin America and some women would do the craziest things when they felt entitled to another woman’s husband. I moved to the U.S. at 21 and if anything I knew I had to fend for myself because I had no one else in a country that wasn’t mine. I had to be careful with men more so than back in my birth country. My family would always tell me to be careful with serial killers as dumb as it sounds I was acutely aware that if I went out with the wrong guy I could end up dead and no one would ever know back home. So when you move to another country you have to be two steps ahead of everyone else, she wasn’t a 15 year old girl she knew she was being part of an affair happening at an innocent woman’s house and who probably was very nice to Juliana. It’s sick and Juliana is just as sick as Christine’s husband. Both need to be in prison for life.

She worked as a nurse so they need to check when the messages to the website were made from Christines computer. She was probably at work

The fact that this husband sent the photo of his wife to the au pair is so despicable. The poor wife, she thinks she's just sending a pic of herself in a bathing suit to her husband. Thinking that is something that he would love to get (as he should). She probably thinks she's just being a good wife. Not even knowing that her husband don't really want her anymore because he's hooking up with a 22 year old. Or, maybe she knew or had an inkling and that's why she sent the pic? Then he turns around and sends it to the chick he's cheating with. What was his plan in sending that to her. Was he part of the planning to make a fake profile for his wife or, is he sending it to the au pair as to humiliate his wife? What a jerk!

It all went to rock when I saw the au pairs picture. I said this ain’t gonna work.

The au pair is full of lies. No au pair wants to drive to the National Zoo in DC. That would have been a red flag for me when the au pair suggested that. Au pairs are notoriously bad drivers in general and DC is hard to navigate. I hope she is enjoying her new host family, The Fairfax County Jail.

Already knew where this was going as soon as I saw the picture of the Au Pair (nanny). Absolutely devastating that you could take your wife out like that and take out the the only witness. Look at the source “the aupair”.. if ya look it up she’s just repeating something from a brazillian soap opera, they are not that smart, she’s copying something. She probably sensed distance between her husband and her, and wanted to send him a picture so that he would pay attention to her and want her. Poor woman. I wonder if she ever found out any of this at the very end. He should have just gotten a divorce instead of all this and now he's going to sit right where he belongs in a fart box of his own making

On a different true crime channel here on RU-vid there was a discussion about this case and how the people involved (especially this au pair) look different in every picture 😆 Social media filters and a lot of other tricks. I guess in 30% cases people on dating apps do not find each other when they see each other in person.

Just to clear things up. Christine had a previous nanny gotten from the same company(a legit company). The Au Pairs are usually young who want to experience USA, learn English, make money. Her previous Au Pair (Brazilian) worked out perfectly. They became such good friends. Christine was here maid of honour at the 1st Au Pairs wedding. The 2nd Au Pair obviously did not have any morals or values to do what she did. Don’t blame the victim, Christine. She was a Ped Nurse in the NICU. Christine was needed in the world. The other two were not.
