@@joeconti2396 When he's in the hotel room, the cab driver asks if he's come to see the ruins, then later in the alien elevator when he's disguised by the alien flesh-machine and it's melting off, the alien speaks in alien-tongue to him, and he responds with (almost) the same question before pushing the alien off the side.

I consistently come back to/think about the K.K. Spider Crab corruption because of how legitimately visceral it is. The idea of being stuck in a vast black abyss, forced to lock eyes with a warped dog entity singing a mangled tune for all of time is pure eldritch horror.
