WOOOOOO TINY GLADE WAHOOOOOOO i like this demo a lot and think it's neat especially when you discover you can make things like stairs out of a building and balconies attached to the side of another building. it would be nice to have some extra customization for objects if you were trying to build out like a balcony and wanted objects like chairs or plants in places you decided or more options for cutting grass and planting flowers, but it is a simple demo and was effective in letting the player build something cute anyway within the constraints they gave you

At long last, Boolean Operations: The Game Really though, I remember seeing this dev starting out with procedural walls a couple years back, every few months I'd see a new update where they'd moved on to dynamic archways or resizable buildings or vines automatically climbing up walls or funky roof shapes. Saw the announcement the other day for the game's release and it's really neat to see the culmination of all that work and how streamlined the playable experience ended up being

I think Vin would enjoy Dungeon Alchemist. It's mainly a tool for building battlemaps for tabletop RPGs, but it has this similar relaxing vibe and "it just works" effect for room creation. Kinda like this if you wanted to make interiors instead of exteriors.

What a cute little game. Seems to be very well put together too. I love how certain things just automatically pop up depending on how you move things. I can tell there was a ton of love put into this. Games like this can easily become a nightmare to manage, but the controls seem very intuitive.

im not really into 'chill, do nothing' type games, but this looks neat. depending on the actual scope of whats possible, it would be cool to build entire fantasy cities, maybe entire continents for a tabletop campaign. but if its more about doing small-scale "make a pretty house and take a screenshot of it" projects, i'll pass. edit: watching further, it looks like the square it draws around the forest is the extent of the "FULL GAME". so its the latter option.

Looks very similar to the custom map maker tool the devs of Enshrouded created. They talk about it in one of their dev logs - everything is voxel based and each voxel reacts to the voxels surrounding it.

Games like this are also great for drawing. Having a way to easily sculpt a decent looking environment to then use as reference is great. It's less about what you make and more about making a scenario that helps you visualize proportions and all that. Plus it just looks zen to mess around with.
