I’m enjoying watching you videos of past creations. I love what you do, and find inspiration in each video. Really liked this flip through. It sounds like you used to see your journals on Etsy, but now in 2023 I don’t see the shop open. Now that I’ve found your content, I am hopeful that you continue videos! Your humor makes me laugh many times over. Thank you!
Thank you so much love ☺️ yes i sold alot more journals before i started RU-vid. Also i've been ill so often this past year i haven't had the time or energy, but tough wood, i'll get some made soon🤗💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns I hope you feel well soon! I too (and many I know) have been repeatedly sick between Dec and Mar. It is taking many of us some time to recover from back to back sick. Take care.
I love the bits and bobs on this journal. Great tips. Julie, your voice is so soothing. I’m trying to recover from CoVid and I actually dozed off listening to you. Thank you! Stay healthy my friend! 🦋🌿🌻🦉
This journal turned out soooo nice, Julie! It’s very tranquil & calming. Sweet & lovely! You did a great job with TH paper, individual pieces of ephemera are grungy, but I would not say it’s a grunge-journal! The color gray, I think, is responsible for the calming feel of this journal! I’ve got to remember that! You created a beauty, Julie! Thanks so much! Erica❤
Wow! This is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing the making of it and for including the links to the tutorials for various pieces of ephemera in it. So handy.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching you making this journal from start to finish, Julie. I love how you added already made ephemera to it and shopped your stash. How perfect! ❤
It is a beautiful journal. I have come in and watched this video. I will watch the others to see how it was put together. You have every right to be proud of it.
Thank you so much😊 I think it was the most enjoyable journal i have made so far and it's really lovely to know you are interested to see how it was made🤗😊💜
I absolutely love your finished journal Julie. Thoroughly enjoyed your series and watching the book come to life. Could tell how much fun you had making this and how pleased you are with it, and rightly so! Fabulous work! ❤ ... Oh and I was pleased to see you added a few little bugs in there 😆😉
Thanks Love, i had a blast😁 I've bought another book the same off Ebay i loved it so much. Yes i did think of you when i threww the creepy crawlies in the envelope, never to be seen by me again😅🤗💜
And so it’s finally done! I have really enjoyed this little series and the laughs along the way. It has turned out beautifully not too fussy just the right amount of dangly bits. Thank you so much for the inspiration and can’t wait for my book to arrive. ❤️
Thanks Penny😊 Have to admit I was really chuffed with how it came out and do quick to put together using alot of premade ephemera. You'll really enjoy making yours I reckon🤗💜
Morning Lady :) Love the lace as a closure. The whole journal came out just lovely, The bug's are ok....I might well have run screaming away if they had been daddy long legs tho! lol. My neighbours elderly cat ( who pops in to visit us) rescued me from one a few days ago! lol Thanks for the heads up on the liner paper!
Hello Mrs You wouldn't like my house at the moment. Giant spiders everywhere. Had to get a dish. To catch one yesterday as a mug wouldn't cover it's legs 😳🤗💜
Love your work ( especially your little charms/embellishments) and your video was very nice to watch. All the other journals I have seen have been made w sewn in pages. Have you done a video w how to attach pages w the elastic bands? I would be very interested to learn that! Thx, Patti Clements
Thank you so much Patti🤗 Do you mean elastic bands like in this journal? If so I do have a playlist with start to finish tutorial here ru-vid.com/group/PL5JfI3vbZ3ASeN2R0AuKS16fbQVKSIKoZ Or is there a method with elastic bands? 🧐 Oooo let me know please Patti🤗💜😁
I have just finished watching the whole series and I love this journal!! So many great ideas and lots of waffles. I have to start one soon! I have made many scrapbusters with you and Melina, so many awesome projects. I need to make a journal of “ ideas” and then start using them. Lol Ps where did you get the framers tape, it seems to be called many things and I like how yours looked👍🏼
Reall glad you enjoyed it Susan. the tape is from an ebay shop in the UK called Lord of The Frames. Not sure where you are Susan as i have a goldfish memory, but here is the link www.ebay.co.uk/str/lordoftheframes/Tape/_i.html?store_cat=15896321 ☺️🤗💜
beautiful, beautiful J. At 7:56, on the tag you are holding: Is the tag topper a DIE OR A PUNCH [it looks like a bulldog clip]?????? If so, do you have a link for it???? THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
