I'm very confused... You didn't show step by step HOW you sewn the French Seam... I understood the first step, sewing the two fabrics together... but if looks like you skipped or didn't show HOW you did the 2nd step.. 4:20 to 4:23 you skipped to where you had done the 2nd seam... you didn't show us how you folded the fabric one way or another... 4:38 You're Ironing the french seam without showing how you sewed it...
If you don't have BASIC sewing knowledge and SKILLS, you don't need to attempt this project. A French seam is a BASIC sewing skill for matching panels of fabric...(like for making draperies, bedspreads, etc.) Google it! I just appreciate all that Richard has shared and would not dare criticize him.
