Just a fun fact: Expiration dates DO NOT tell you when food goes bad. That date is just whenever the manufacturer thinks it taste best but has nothing to do with whether food is dangerous or not. A "created, or a cooked" date would be more useful then those dates the companies just make up. So 99% of all food that is "expired" is completely fine for many days or weeks after. If it smells bad, don't eat it. There is a reason we find smells unpleasant and it's because it's a very good way for not dying.
