Poor rooster in the yellow tub min.13:04 as you only bought his "family", the chicken and baby chicken😢 🐓 // 🐥🐔 The "kitchen thing" is a tobacco/cigar cutter. In childhood our then Rhodesian (now Tanzanian) neighbour was one of the worldwide 3 best sniffers for tobacco. He was seldom at home, but the oldest child was my friend and in the same class at school. The owner of the tobacco company went to school with my grandmother(*1908), later they dated a while. Remained friends for life though. He passed 2008 at age 98, my grandmother 2014 at age 106. Those toasters are sold for several hundred €uros each in EU. Used to collect them before moved to South Africa. Gave all my art and other collections to an auction for a good deed. Feels great to live with a minimum of possessions (i.e. one medium suitcase) the past 13 years.👍
Great Dave!!! Fantastic haul! Love, Love the Crystal Stars, the Orange bowl, the Tree Stand is pretty awesome too!!! Yes, Please try to video Wednesdays Selling at the Flea! Have a great week!!!
Nice busy market today. Did you forget the 2 pieces you put on the table? Pretty blue bird canoe. Those are lovely Victorian brackets. Interesting tables today. That was a pretty ice bucket. I like that yellow vase.
At the last table you traded the chickens at there was an automaton birdcage that goes for good money even not working I sold one recently that was in rough condition for $175 in about 30 minutes on ebay without a makers mark. Surprised you didn't pick that one up.
Hi Dave! I think the old electrical gadet are a "plugg reostat". You change the resistanse over the bridge depending on were the pluggs are placed. Robert Sweden
07:10 That turnip watch or whatever the right name is for that huge watch is pretty awesome. 08:10 Bet those are military buttons from what I could see. 13:23 was the rooster plastic? I hope? 18:22 To get the brown ick out of china, soak it in commercial peroxide until it comes clean. I've tried it; it works. It's an old china dealer trick I learned somewhere.
dave, am i hearing you cant multitask with filming and talking to us and selling all at the same time....???hahahahahahaha jk. i understand. it is a lot to try to do all that. THATS why you need a shoulder mount or head mount for the camera. but i know you like doing it your way. :) thanks for the vids! hows the garden doing? flowers going well too?
