Authenticity is the most important thing. Make sure they can give you proof of authenticity/purchase.

You’re paying for the name mostly even if it’s better quality than their newer bags. It’s leather, so over time it will have some wear & tear and will need some upkeep. But I don’t regret buying it at all - it’s my dream bag & such a timeless piece IMO!

You can use Meltonian cream polish to restore your lambskin. Authenticity cards are often lost on vintage bags. I wouldn’t buy without a sticker however.
