Everything looks so sweet and lovely ! 🎄 I’m sure you know about Hygge having Scandinavian heritage. I always dismantle the Christmas and break out my cozy vintage winter decor. Candles, mix matched winter figures, old themed cards and random fresh bows and berries with added touches like tarnished silver pieces and I even keep up some Putz houses that are winter neutral. Do you decorate for winter too ? ❄️
Omg I loooooove Hygge it’s my favorite and keeps me sane during the winter! I do decorate pretty minimally in the winter and focus on candles and cozy thrifted blankets. I’m planning on doing a hygge themed winter video in January 😄 Thanks for sharing how you decorate it sounds lovely!
I love your Christmas decor and your kitties seem to respect your things. My dogs like to bring things to me to get a treat so I have to be careful where I put things. Their tails can clear off a coffee table but at least they can't climb. I am happy for you that the kitties have mellowed. They can watch the Christmas movies with you. Have a great holiday season.
The thingie on the side of your fridge! It's called a "klokkestreng" in Norwegian, which translates to "bellstring". It's just a decorative piece, but originally (100-200 years ago) they were used as some kind of doorbell. I'm sure you already know this, but god jul means merry christmas. :)
A storage video would be much appreciated Emily. My favorite part were those angel bells. Finding valuable items in the wild and getting cash in hand is exciting to me!
Love you collect vintage Holt Howard angels! I have his Santa candles holders from 1958, mouse candle sitters and green holly candle holders! Makes me feel so sentimental seeing this video!
