During Draft: I don't really prioritize creature removal. Matches: I wish I had creature removal.

The one time storm is pretty open, LSV stays disciplined and doesn't go for it. I feel a bittersweet pride.

wow. my brain never really saw how power-point -like mtgo looked, until after my brain got used to Arena. it's actually kind of neat.

This was one solid draft for Storm

Passing Strip Mine, only to see a Crucible in the next pack. That’s just brutal. Also strip mine is miles better than chart a course, as there’s a lot of card draw that he can get, and it didn’t look like he would be triggering the raid on chart a course.

Games like these are why I think you should only be battling with people inside your draft. There is no reason why you should be getting back-to-back Craterhoof'd by consecutive opponents.

I just started watching all the LSV Vintage Cube drafts and earlier I was thinking "he must wake up in the morning and say 'How do I want to win today?'". Then I watched two losing cube drafts in a row. RIP

I think there was a slight misplay m1g2. You forgot that fire // ice was an out. Pondering then brainstorm would have allowed you to look at 7 cards, still have less than a 1/3 chance of hitting but your odds of hitting fire // ice are better than fractured plus a land

Why (in draft) are we considering anything over Library?

I went emrakul, d toots, eureka, rofellos, yawgmoth's will storm. Eureka is fine. It's not great but you can't always get the best cards or hold out for them. The Arcane Artisan should be being played here. It's fine, probably better than faithless looting.

With all the looting you had, really surprised you didn't even consider Land Tax. Pack didn't have much you wanted to take either.

LSV got pretty unlucky there. A lot of top decking lands, opponents had the nut draw too. The deck seemed sweet

Match 1 game 2 would it have been worthwhile to wait until after attacks to play Venser? Then your Woodfall Primus gets to eat a Courser, right?

For the round 1 ending, could he have fractured the sower...getting his Titan back, a copy of the sower comes in, and steal another of opponents' creatures to stay alive? Just curious.

What am I missing from that first match? LSV found Fractured Identity after he already cast Time Walk so he would have taken that next turn with Fractured identity in hand and would have won...

I'm more frustrated that reanimator wasn't considered :/ with such late reanimation spells going around + a start with fatties, card selection and discard...

tuned in to see lsv do degenerate things and...well...degenerate things were definitely done...

typical deck that feels strong and then it's just not. decks with ramp in cube are always better than decks without ramp, even if your ramp is just a rofellos or a bird. this UR deck was way 2 slow. It basically didn't play until turn 3/4. that can't be good in v cube

Craterhoof is one of the worst cards they ever designed. OP even in draft and ruins a lot of EDH games, even without Tooth and Nail. Banworthy in Commander imho.

Can people please stop asking for STORM? Every streamer, every content creator: PLEASE FORCE STORM. It's boring. We know it, cast rituals, flash it back with Yaw Will and win with one of the storm conditions. I guess winning of Palinchron - Ballista is pretty cool, but it has been done too. And Cube will always be there so plenty of time to draft storm. And knowing LSV, not opening a Lotus or Sol Ring, chances are he's not gonna go for Storm. And yes, it was slightly open. But no Mox'n, only a Chalice and a Rakdos Signet for christ sake. He wasn't even able to keep up with mono green with tons of interaction that storm never has because rituals replace those cards.. So.. PLEASE, let LSV be LSV and draft U/R things. Thank you.
