I think Thraben Inspector is my favorite card design ever. It's just the perfect balance of a relevant early body and relevant value late without being super slanted in either direction. Such an elegant design for a 1 drop.

It just fits as a White Elvish Visionary so well. Hoping WoTC can make more cards like it and Skyclave Apparition to give White some better Midrange value.

Thanks for the vod! I definitely underrate Thraben. I still don't believe in my heart of hearts it's good, but I think I'm gonna value it higher and trust LSV's judgement, see where it takes me. White was super open this draft!

Magic is a weird game: you can have the cards in front of you, every relevant rules text there for you to see and it still isn't entirely clear in a lot of situations. I guess that's why so many people love it so much, lots of space to show skill

I like Luis' personality in general, and in most contexts, but I just don't like "twitch showman" Luis. I really wish you'd bring back the videos that were filmed just for youtube. You don't need me to tell you the reasons why those were much better.

Nope, Cheons is uw control, this deck has far too many creatures to qualify. This is uw midrange. Opposition and stoneforge mystic are good indicators of that archetype vs control.
