Thanks! I think I'm going to go back to my older builds and do recaps like this if folks want it. I'm thinking one long video overviewing the whole build instead or part 1, part 2 part 3 etc. spread out over months.
Haha, sorry 😁 It looks like it is going to be easy to do. I had to clearance the Fat Cat swing arm a bit to get it to fit the SX frame but it works! It may be a little weird cornering but it should look cool! Stay tuned!!!
Who the rootin tootin fixing for a bootin says you cant paint old plastics. Literally just plastic welded and painted quadbike plastics an amazing gunmetal/pewter with a nice acrylic enamel i had laying around
It's pretty funny the amount a comments I get about it :) :) I think the folks saying it won't work might be assuming I am just using spray paint on unprepped plastic. I was originally going to make this bike a gunmetal color. Maybe the next one!
@@BIGFOOTBIKESANDBREWS I'm really loving the gunmetal, hids scratches, don't have to have it super clean to look nice and it just looks nice. I used wattyl pewter, not sure if you'd have wattyl or a sister company But it's a really nice colour.
@@user-it4nu7im1v I have a 74 XR75 that I am going to resotre some day. It is a dark gunmetal silver. I was thinking about making a big bike to match it.
