I had my pool excavated last summer. After taking care of it by myself for 22 years I was just over it! Best decision I've ever made, LOL!!!

My moms name is Theresa and my grandpa was born in 1898 my moms dad my grandma was born 1904 and I’m only 51..mom was a change of life baby..if they wouldn’t of lived till almost 100 I would of never remembered them..❤thanks for sharing your story and those old photos that has my heart!!..great projects like always!!..much love from this Italian in Missouri born and raised

Always make a copy of any warranty u send in..I make copies of receipts from places like auto zone or anywhere cause that ink fades so I make a copy and attach to the sales paper or booklet that comes with some things..I even made a copy of a reciept from a parts place when we replaced a breather for a car..8 -10 yrs later hubby went to get a replacement for it that had a lifetime warranty. They said we don’t keep records that far back for that stuff.. I said wait a min. Went out to the car and Shazam I had the reciept in a holder I keep anything I buy for our cars..the guys mouth fell open and said I’ve never seen anyone keep receipts that long! Well he hadn’t met me… I don’t trust anyone!!

Everything turned out lovely. That clock is well worth the money spent for it.❤

Kathy, love what you did to honor your Aunt T. It’s beautiful. Love that color. The shelf looks amazing. That was a steal on the clock you picked up. I love it. You really perked up that corner! Next year, hire you some neighborhood pool boys to cover that pool! That sure was a lot of work. It will be worth it though. Planter diys sure! Love them. You always elevate them so nicely. Kathy, these turned out wonderfully! Thanks for sharing your pictures! My grandmother passed a few months ago and I have several photo albums of old pictures like that. They are absolutely priceless. Sorry you’ve been so busy! I can relate to you as my mother has moved in with us due to her declining health and I take her to many appointments each week as well as help her get around. I also help out with watching my 4 year old grandson (who is precious and has my heart). I have fibromyalgia as well as other autoimmune diseases so it’s been very difficult but at the same time, I know I am very blessed as well. It’s just an adjustment and I’m glad to be able to help. Hope things slow down a bit for you so you can rest a bit! You deserve to be able to relax around a beautiful and clean pool! Lol! Sending you love and prayers! 💗

I love your tribute to your aunt!! How sweet!! The candles turned out great, as did everything else! I hope the pool is nice and ready to swim in by now! My nephew has an inground pool and I was there last weekend, and he had a bit of the green problem. They do cover theirs during the winter. Then, a couple days later, I saw a video of their daughter swimming in it, so he had gotten it ready. I haven't been in their pool before but this summer I am thinking I might, if I can find a swimsuit with discretion!! LOL I want one like Granny Clampett had because no one wants to see this body in a normal bathing suit. The more hid the better!! Ha!!
