The early 2000s is when the luxury fashion was truly POPPIN'....! I would try to clean it and ask if LV can restore the damaged bits. You bought it at such a good price too. I'd say keep it.
I love seeing different things in your channel and the wealth of knowledge you are. The way you talk about things, makes me see the passion and understand it! I think it is a cute quirky little bag. Maybe use it with your son when you’re out running errands or amusement parks?! Then if something happens you won’t be upset. It’ll be carefree.
I agree keep it until a better one comes along. You can replace it and sell that one for probably more than you paid for it especially if you have it worked on within a reasonable price!
Love your videos Rachel! Your knowledge on vintage Louis is always the best. I would keep it, clean it up and use it until you find across another in better condition. And you’ll probably still get your money back when you resell! 😊
Keeper until you find another one 🍄 It’s so cool to see it up close and personal, not just in an ad. I like it! I just saw on TRR all the Vernis animals, butterfly, if I collected that it would have been awesome to get all 3 in mint condition.💗
Right! For such a good price, I’ve worn it a few times now and I always ask people around me if they notice anything off about the bag and no one ever spots it! Lol stay tuned for a cleaning video…
@@thrashyskatefirst half is filmed of my initial cleaning, now I need to film the dry result but also I missed a few spots so I need to do one more round lol so close
Random fact, the mini monogram in the linen is back in the new season in an cream colour. Think its called the ivy. The conte de fees is one of my fav Y2K collections. I had the butterfly coin purse about 19 years ago. I miss the round coin purse’s. Keep the bag and replace it later also look for the Min Lin collection.
Totally get it! This one is def not everyone’s cup of tea 😂 🍄 I love collecting “print” media… like magazines and catalogs, as everything goes online now I feel like all the old print media because more and more valuable to have around before things get forgotten
I have almost picked up the vernis butterfly. I too love some funky fugly bags. I call them my same but different. Loved the Stephen Sprouse part of the bag it is just so perfect. I would keep it.
I want the Vernis butterfly! It’s another one that the butterfly always has little marks so I’m always looking for good condition but low price. Funky fugly bags 🤣🤣🤣 love that! But yes they are the most unique and fun! I’ve actually already worn this mushroom bag like three times and it’s super cute and casual, easy to style, I love it!
Hey I've missed u ❤. I wouldn't def say kept it cuz of the price. I would say still keep looking for one and if another one pops up with a better condition and great price then u could always resell this one. I do agree there's types of vintage wear I'm willing to accept n others not so much. The worst thing in the world is to get rid of something to fast and it's something u may not even have a problem with later unlike it initially. Great video. I just love ur vibe always n forever
Omg you’re so sweet thank you so much! I decided to keep for now because the price is pretty unbeatable. I’ve already started to clean and it and it’s looking good, will share soon!
Literally thinks everything is “fashion-y” is ugly 😂 so at this point if he says something is cute I would be concerned! So true though on adding character I’m constantly trying to break my perfectionism habits! But I’ve already use the bag three times and love it!
Good to know, I really wasn't sure how that works! The question really becomes then if I did see it, do I still think its worth the $350... does seem like she priced it according to the damage.
