Shimokitazawa is THE place for you, this laid-back bohemian district is home to vintage clothing stores. You can spend an entire day there, remember to carry cash as they dont accept cards at all places.
Post shopping, you can sit by the cute bars and cafes around the corner, the vibe of this place is very cool and trust me you wont regret going :)
