Vintage Snippet Roll Tutorial 

Your Lacey snippet roll is stunning and I love it, but I like the over hanging bits. I think they are a part of what makes it unique. That would look awesome on the spine of a j journal or the edges of the front cover !!

Best snippets roll I've ever seen!

Love this, I do the same process on mine, sewing machine used on all the bottom layers, and then I go back and hand sew all the embellishments. Love the dainty look to this!❤

So pretty, you inspired me to make one with my soft pink scrapes. I like the sewing method myself, I even made my latest one with all slow hand stitching. Whew, it takes longer but I like the look. Thank you for sharing.

I audition pieces on the first fabric piece. Then move them on top spray with quilt spray adhesive. Place strips back so they will stay while I see. ( Quilting hack) small pins too fiddly. Long quilting I get pinched. I use my spray adhesive for my top as well. Primarily, lace, chiffon, and a pale pallette. In pinks lavender and yellow. Your tule with tiny flecks ofvsilver is brilliant. I've only used one of mine in a fabric journal for small pockets. My last layer includes tiny sewing silver themed charms and antique buttons. That I hand stich everything on and do some embroidery. I purchased some rather large sewing spools and thave one hanging in my studio. Yours is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS🦋 your tutorial is very nice. Explination is perfect

Absolutely beautiful 😍 I love this! I would cut the roll up and use it as pockets, tabs, and flip spots in my journals, and even on the outside spine to cover up where I sew the signatures into the book.
