I've seen barbers using these things more and more nowadays, the whole battery swapping thing mentioned really isn't an issue especially when working professionally as your going to have spares on standby the prices for these are easily affordable they are about as cheap as a budget set of traditional hair clippers 👍
The tiny bit that is plastic is actually the one that matters bcz thats the moving part and breaks the most, once that is broken the whole caliper goes to the bin
I think that battery is much better because you can have six spare batteries charging or fully charged. This means that you only have to change the battery when it dies, which is much more convenient than having to wait for a battery to charge.
My Barber was using and done my beard work too it was so buttery smooth and effortless so i dig down purchased same in 3 dollar build quality is impressive although made in china, do provide different scales , charged battery, even battery charger with usb cable, cleaner and oil as it got delivered i trimmed my beard in almost 5 min , its better than Phillips all in one that i have, hard to clean and dont move smoothly around cheek and jaw line but this work fantastic.
Great hair trimmers these , i have the one with l.e.d display and they are small Nd powerful and cut well i recomend buying one It may be a good idea to get one with an LED display so you know how much battery power you left on it so that you know how much power you have left so don't leave half of your hair i shaved
Having a removable battery like this is actually faster than not having one because you can get multiple batteries. The charger you have for the battery; you can get ones that hold up to 4 separate 18650 batteries in one. Or, you can just have a double one. You can keep one or more charged whilst you are using the other one. When the other one dies, you can change them over. That way, you don't have to wait for it to charge, you already have a charged battery!
i have one its great but have a problem how do you remove the guide combs i can put them on but i do struggle to take them off do you know the correct way it never came with instructions
I have the same one, I ordered me a couple extra batteries so when I ran low on power it takes me 15-25 seconds to switch batteries I changed the night before at my booth. So at the end of my day I take my batteries put them in my 4 battery charger and allow them to charge over night so when I start the next day I have 4 batteries that gives me approximately 1.5-2 hours per battery so while I'm using the trimmer during the day the first battery I take out goes immediately on the charger so as the day goes on and need to stay a bit longer I have a backup battery. Now some people just want super convenience to just drop trimmer in a charger stand but Amazon is not McDonald's you can't have it your way everytime
There is no positive and negative sign on battery, how you charge the battery, i am afraid if could damage the battery if i put the battery in adopter on wrong side
How is the trimmer still working for you? Does it still work okay? I used to have a similar trimmer, but it broke pretty fast. I was wondering if they've improved at all since.
Can you tell what battery model coming originally with clipper? I know it is 18650, but i want to find if it is high discharge current cell or standard 18650
My girlfriend bought me this for Christmas and I really like it. I always try to style my beard when shaving and this made it super easy. Basically shaved my whole head. Shaved my beard off too for the first time in like 4years. The battery was 100% and when I was done shaving pritty much my whole head, beard and neck I was left with 97% battery. As I only shave my face and etc about once a month means that 1 full charge on this will probably last me a whole year. Mines is the all gold one. Don't know if there's much difference from my one to this one or not. But yeah the batteries are rechargeable. Mines cost around £20+ so not sure if its a slightly better shaver or u get extras that u don't get with this one. Not sure really. But it's 100% worth the money
From the demo I could tell it's not good, it leaves a lot of hair behind, you would need 4 to 5 passes over the same area to get a clean levelled shave
My t9 trimmer from wish had rechargeable battery and i pluged in My Xiaomi Charger with typer C port to Charger it and it parmanantly died, it was THE best trimmer i had but i wouldnt recomend it of it dont comes with a Charger because mine died and i throwed it in the trash
I don't recommend this, it worked fine for maybe 4 months( i was using it once every 2 weeks), Then out of nowhere it died on me mid shave, i was traveling at the time and had to go to the airport with half a beard, moral of the story is, don't buy this cheap crap
