Vintage Tamiya Collection! Man Cave 😍 

Oh I was getting very excited watching that. My wife came in to see what I was up to so I quickly changed the screen to pictures of naked ladies so that she thinks I'm normal ! Amazing collection. Must be like living in the olden days which were obviously better :-)

As Eddie Booth Would Say- BLOODY NOORAH !! , Now That Was The Longest 6 min video ive watched in ages , had hit pause on every second item to admire that REAL vintage Goodness Glenn , Im Afraid a collection like that is 100% Museum Grade my friend absolute and utter oozes TAMIYA Beauty and then some and all those plastic kits simply Gorgeous Loved every second and every item .

I like looking at the boxes as much as I like looking at the cars.

nice collection watching this video takes me back seeing my very first rc car i had as a kid the xr311 the joy i got still makes me smile to this day im still it to rc to this day i still have my original tamiya falcon

I just watched an older video of a RC Enthusiast that sadly passed away and his entire collection was up for auction. Things like brand new 959's and tons of other brand new cars. I am also guilty of saving some new stuff, but this video and that previous one has made me realize looking at box and never paying with it may not be the best idea. Great collection, an awesome display.. but I am digging out some boxes and going to go play. :)

Amazing!!! Had totally forgot the mini Ranger and Chevy 4x4's (1/48th scale ??) Two AA batteries - just forwards - no steering - hours of fun over indoor cushions or outside in the flower beds 👍🤗 Wish Tamiya would Re Re these - I'd put one on every birthday, easter and Christmas cake !!!!!

OMG! That's not a collection, Glenn - that's an obsession! There were 10x the Tamiyas my local Beatties had back in the day! But it did occur to me that so many unbuilt kits sat in their boxes - I sure could give a bunch of them some TLC!!! :))

Want to tell you a litle story how things grow as the time flies by. Remember one of the boys in town got the Monster Racer. Back then, I was all in for buggys and monster trucks. Had seen some of the Associated trucks, and had very mixed feelings about them. They was ugly and som how a bit exotic at the same time. But deap inside I thought they was cool racers, but would not tell my other friends. How weard🤔. He came to me to show it. He was so proud, and I was a total d*** roasting his new ride. Poor boy. Still feel sorry for him. He actually wanted the King Cab, but hes parrents was weard and got him this. Sad storry really. Ok, I bashed hes car, but as the time went by, I got more confident, and never really forgot that truck. At that time I had my cc01 Pajero for about a year, and asked him, if he wanted a trade. He was very happy to do that. That feeling I had when walking home with that truck was a pure winners feeling. I stood up for my self, and at the same time taken all the bad words back :-)

Tamiya should be releasing 1 to 2 vintage a year. Too many re-re cars in one year creates a glut and does not give fans time to save and buy.

Wow and I thought I had an addiction with my eight 5th gas and two electric large scale, along with the 8x8 shed full of spare's upgrades and future build project's. Will the guy ever get round to building any of them, or is he collecting waiting until they top out in value as boxed are supposed to be more valuable me I would build them all trade some for others, are they any more valuable built and left in a display case. I would have three of each maybe more one to display, one boxed, and one to beat on, mind the ones I have owned to use were too fragile to run the way I do.

I'd like to see a comparable Kyosho collection. As much as I love Tamiya, I like Kyosho just a tad bit more. Kyosho, unfortunately, doesn't have as much iconic status as a good portion of Tamiyas classics.

My favourite tamiya is tamiya mini 4wd

Those Jaguar D Type slot car kits are 2 of the most diffcult to find and costly items shown on this video .. rarest must be the original shop displays.

I do not see the very best vintage RC truck the best one is the king black foot RC truck if you don't have that you do not have the best
